The problem with most keyword research deliverables is that they describe the landscape without telling you what to do with it. A 5,000-row spreadsheet of keywords with volume and difficulty scores is information. It is not a strategy. We build keyword architecture that is directly actionable.
The process starts with intent mapping: for each keyword cluster, we document whether the searcher is in research mode, comparison mode, or purchase mode. A page optimized for research intent performs differently from a page optimized for purchase intent -- the content structure, the CTAs, and the depth all need to match the intent.
We then build a content architecture document that shows how every page on your site should relate to every other page through internal links, which pages should target which keyword clusters, and where there are gaps you need to create new content to fill.
The final deliverable includes: keyword cluster map by intent, priority list for content creation, content briefs for the top 5-10 priority pages, and an internal linking strategy document your development team can implement.
