1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting work to begin before the 14-day period expires, you acknowledge this right is waived once work commences.
2. When Refunds Apply
- We are unable to begin work within 5 business days due to circumstances on our side
- The Sprint Audit is not completed within the agreed 72-hour timeframe due to our failure
3. When Refunds Do Not Apply
- Work has commenced and a first deliverable has been provided
- Client delays in providing access
- Ranking improvements do not match expectations (no rankings are guaranteed)

Email hello@seorankboost.com within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
